How Dr Levy works

Liat works from a psychoanalytic perspective with an attachment – based focus, meaning she helps her patients explore how their past might be influencing their life in the present. Alongside this theoretical background, she brings a dedicated attention to the quality of the relationship between herself and patients. This combination is a powerful vehicle for meaningful change.

The ethos behind Liat's work is her belief that we all need a place to emotionally grow, learn about ourselves, and be helped with our difficulties. Her focus and commitment is in helping her patients with their emotional life in a framework imbued with thoughtfulness and sincerity.
